Walking Groups


Men’s Walking Groups:  Club members have two walking groups available to them as follows.

     - “Whatcom Hikers”: This group does a variety of fitness levels from easy walks to

        challenging hikes.

     -  “Ten Flat”: This group walks for 1 to 1-1/2 hours at a moderate pace on mostly level

        trails and byways, concluding with time at a coffee shop.


Women’s Walking Group:  Walks a variety of scenic routes in the Bellingham area and meets for coffee, snacks and conversation when done.  Walks are scheduled weekly during the winter months and twice weekly during the summer.  Come join the fun!

“Ten Flat ”: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:00. The group walks for 1 to 1-1/2 hours at a moderate pace on mostly level trails and byways, concluding with time at a coffee shop.

Women's Walking Group


The group meets, weather permitting, at a variety of sites for a one hour walk every Tuesday and Saturday, followed by coffee and conversation. There are slow walkers and fast walkers in the group. No one walks alone and all are welcome.
